About Frame Art

Frame Art was established in 1980 following the closure of Henbury Filling Station on the same site - hence the large car park. The petrol station was operated by G. Ashley Hunter from the early 1960's until its closure. Ashley's skills as an artist and the need for frames to compliment his artwork led to the purchase of simple framing equipment. Gradually people started to request frames for their own artwork and mementos and Frame Art was born!

In 1986, following six years working within the business, Ashley's son, Phil, purchased the business and Frame Art continues in his ownership to the present day.

The business has expanded steadily over the years, building up an extensive client base. The focus for Phil and his team has always been that of customer satisfaction - offering advice on all aspects of framing based on years of experience whilst embracing the latest technology and the most modern materials.

At Frame Art you can be assured of friendly advice and a professional service in a relaxed atmosphere.
